If you make a change to your services and need to return equipment, Frontier will send you an email or text with a QR code that you’ll use to process your equipment return at a local UPS Store®.
Here's how it works:
- Find a UPS Store® and bring in the QR code you receive along with the Frontier equipment you need to return.
- The QR code will be scanned to verify the equipment you need to return to us.
- No boxes or labels are needed. The UPS Store® will box up the equipment, print the labels, ship it back to Frontier and give you a receipt.
If you don’t have a UPS Store® nearby, you can request shipping boxes and mail the equipment to us.
Here's how it works:
- We'll send you shipping boxes and the UPS return mailing label(s) you need within 5–7 business days.
- Follow the enclosed instructions and take the packed equipment boxes to an authorized UPS dealer for shipping.
- Be sure to get a receipt.
Important: Equipment must be returned within 30 days of your equipment return request being completed. If Frontier has not received the required equipment within that time, you will be charged up to $150 for each unreturned device.
