You must return the following internet router models:

  • NVG443B
  • NVG448B
  • eero Pro 6
Other Frontier equipment, including any Video TV equipment (DVR/Set Top Boxes), does not need to be returned, but we strongly encourage you to recycle it in an environmentally friendly way. Find out where to recycle Frontier equipment that does not need to be returned.
