How to make changes to your service orders

Change a service appointment

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Order/ticket status in the Quick links tile.
  3. Enter your order or trouble ticket number, service address ZIP code, and last name or business name. You can also enter your account number.
  4. Check the “I’m not a robot” box.
  5. Select Check Status.
  6. Find the service order you want to edit and select Edit appointment.
  7. Choose a new appointment date and time range. Select Confirm.

Check the status of an order

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Order/ticket status in the Quick links tile.
  3. Enter your order or trouble ticket number, service address ZIP code, and last name or business name. You can also enter your account number.
  4. Check the “I’m not a robot” box.
  5. Select Check Status.

Other account changes

For security, some changes require you to contact us or chat with us. online. These include:
  • Changing the billing name on your account
  • Upgrading or changing your TV, internet or phone services, including adding channels or increasing your speed
  • Turning a temporary vacation service hold on or off
  • Canceling your service

How to make billing changes

Turn Paperless Billing on

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile.
  3. Look for the tile that says Paperless Billing is off.
  4. Select Enroll in Paperless.
  5. A confirmation message will appear. Select Ok.

Turn Paperless Billing off

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile.
  3. Look for the tile that says Paperless Billing. Select Turn off Paperless.
  4. A pop up will appear asking you to confirm the change. Select Turn off paperless.
  5. A confirmation message will appear. Select Ok.

Choose your preferred language for billing communications

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Go to My Profile from the My Profile tile.
  3. In the Account information tile, select the pencil icon next to Language preference.
  4. Choose English or Spanish.
  5. Select Save.

Remove an authorized user from your account

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the navigation bar, select My Account then Account access.
  3. Find the person you want to remove from your account. Select Remove.

Note: The ability to add an authorized user to your account will be available soon.

Change your credit or debit card information

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile.
  3. In the Payment methods tile, select Manage payment methods.
  4. Pick the credit or debit card you want to edit and select the pencil icon.
  5. Edit your expiration date or ZIP code.
  6. Select Save Changes.

Add a mailing address that’s different from your service address

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the navigation bar, select My Account then My Profile.
  3. In the Account information tile, uncheck the box underneath your service address.
  4. Fields will appear for you to enter your mailing address. Once you’ve added your mailing address details, select Save.

How to make changes to your Frontier account

Change the email linked to your Frontier ID

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the navigation bar, select My Account then My Profile.
  3. In the Sign in credentials tile, select the pencil icon next to Email.
  4. Enter your new email address. Enter it again under Re-enter email.
  5. Select Verify.
  6. A verification email will be sent to the new email address. Follow the instructions to verify your new email address.

Change the password for your Frontier account

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the navigation bar, select My Account then My Profile.
  3. In the Sign in credentials tile, select the pencil icon next to Password.
  4. Enter your current password.
  5. Enter your new password. Enter it again under Confirm new password.
  6. Select Save.

Link another Frontier account to your Frontier ID

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the navigation bar, select My Account then Account access.
  3. In the Linked accounts tile, select the plus sign next to Link account.
  4. Enter the account number for the account you want to link.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Next, you’ll need to verify your access to the account you want to link. You can either receive an access code by phone or enter the account PIN.
  7. Choose how you want to verify the account then select Continue.

If you chose to enter the account PIN:

  1. If successful, you’ll see a confirmation message showing the account was linked.
  2. Select Go to Account Access to return to the Account access page.

If you chose to receive an access code by phone:

  1. You’ll receive a call from our automated system and hear the six-digit code.
  2. A screen will appear asking you to enter the code.
  3. Enter the code and select Submit.
  4. If successful, you’ll see a confirmation message showing the account was linked.
  5. Select Go to Account Access to return to the Account access page.
Note: You have 10 attempts to enter your account PIN or access code. After the 10th attempt, your account will be locked for 10 hours.

Unlink another Frontier account from your Frontier ID

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the navigation bar, select My Account then Account access.
  3. In the Linked accounts tile, find the account you want to remove.
  4. Select Unlink.
Note: When you unlink an account, it's permanently removed. Please make sure you don't unlink your primary account.
