Customize your Frontier account to set your profile and preferences.
- Frontier ID, Online Password & Account Passcode
- In this section you can see — and change — your basic information: your Frontier ID email address, password, mobile phone number and account passcode.
- This is where you can link another account to yours. A common reason for linking accounts is if you are handling the bills for a relative who has Frontier service in another home.

- My Contact Information & Notification Preferences
- Add or edit your primary and secondary contact methods: email and phone numbers.
- Verify your contact methods by receiving a verification code by text or email.
- Edit your billing address (not your service address) if you'd prefer to receive your bill at another address.
- Edit your billing contact preference.
- My Accounts
- Bill Preference: You can decide whether to receive a paperless bill that you'll find in the My Bills tab of My Account or a paper bill mailed to your billing address.
- Preferred Language: You can choose to receive bills and messages in either English or Spanish.
- Users Who Have Access: You can add another user, such as a family member, to share your account number.
- My Services: (Not available to all customers.) You can manage the permissions for other users who are linked to your account or add a new user.
- My Frontier Email Addresses
- Your Frontier ID is tied to a specific email address. Here you can add/edit an email address or reset your password. Click the Manage Email button to launch the Frontier Email Account Management Tool.
