If you cannot change your Auto Pay settings as shown below, skip to Step 6.
- Sign in to My Account and select Manage Auto Pay from the My Payments menu
- Select Edit next to the words Manage Auto Pay
- Choose an existing payment method or add a new one
- Update your email address (optional)
- Select the checkbox to accept Frontier’s Terms and Conditions, and then select the Update button
- If you set up Auto Pay for the first time over the phone, you’ll see this message:
This Auto Pay rule cannot be modified online because it was set up over the phone. To change this rule, please cancel it and set up a new Auto Pay.
- Select Cancel Auto Pay, then select the Cancel Auto Pay button to confirm
To create your new Auto Pay settings, go to step 1 of Set Up Auto Pay.
