There are several convenient ways to view your current and past bills.
To view your bill online, log in to My Account and choose from one of the following options:
From My Account Summary select the My Bills tab to review your current bill. Select “View Billing History” to view up to 13 bills.

Use the MyFrontier mobile app to view your bill on the go.

To view your bill in the app, log in and select one of the following options:
- Click on the +
- Choose Billing
- Tap Billing History to see your past 13 bills. Each bill is available as a downloadable PDF. Tap to send the file as a text or email attachment. Or save it to your cloud storage.
Paper bills are sent to your address on file each month for a $2.99 paper billing fee. Enroll in paperless billing to avoid the $2.99 per month fee, reduce waste and help the environment.
With an existing account:
- Sign into your account
- Go to My Accounts
- Select “Yes, I want Paperless billing”
Without an existing account:
- Create an account
- Select “Manage” next to Paperless Billing (Under Key Account Info)
- Select “Yes, I want Paperless billing” (Under My Accounts)
