How to view your bill

We offer several convenient ways to view your current and past bills. Learn how to view your bill in the MyFrontier app, online or by paper bill.


MyFrontier® app

  1. Sign in to the MyFrontier mobile app for Android or iPhone
  2. Tap Billing to view your current bill
  3. Select History to see scheduled and past payments

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile.

You’ll see your total balance, bill details and previous statements. Select Manage statements in the Statements tile to review up to 10 previous bills.

Sign up for Paperless Billing with an existing account

From the MyFrontier app

  1. Sign in to the app on your device
  2. Select Manage then tap the toggle next to Paperless to turn paperless billing on

From your computer

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Select Go to My Billing in the My Bills tile.
  3. Look for the tile that says Paperless Billing is off.
  4. Select Enroll in Paperless
  5. A confirmation message will appear. Select Ok.

Paper bills are available for a monthly fee up to $3.49 (some exclusions apply). As a reminder, Paperless Billing is always free. Learn more.
