November 16 Voicemail Migration

Frontier® Fiber Digital Voice Customers in Indiana:

Frontier is pleased to inform you that your voicemail service and corresponding greeting, security PIN, and access number are being migrated to a new, more reliable voicemail platform. This upgrade will occur on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. PT the following day.

Following the migration, your greeting, PIN, and access number will remain the same.

1. Log in:


  • From home or office — dial *100
  • Away from home or office — dial your 10-digit telephone number or 1.844.944.4993. When the greeting begins, press the key.

Enter your PIN followed by the # key

  • Note: After 3 failed attempts, your PIN will be disabled.
  • Forgot your PIN? Chat with us.
Saved messages from your previous voicemail older than 30 days cannot be converted to the new platform and will be deleted.

Note: After the migration, all messages on the new system will expire 30 days after they are received, and you can only have a maximum of 50 messages left in the voice mailbox.

2. Configure:
  • Change your greeting, if you'd like.
  • Adjust any other settings you like.
3. Learn what's new:
  • Access your new messages online as usual at your Fiber Digital Voice web portal at Here you can get call logs and retrieve, listen to, or forward your messages.
  • Download your user guide, which includes an updated map to navigate the voicemail system.
