Save Voicemail Messages

If you have any voicemail messages you want to keep, there are three ways to do so:

  1. With Your Computer
    • Put your phone on speaker and play the message you want to keep.
    • Record the message with your computer's microphone.
    • Save it on your computer as a .WAV file.
  2. With Your Cellphone
    • Put your phone on speaker and play the message you want to keep.
    • Record the message with your cellphone.
  3. With the Web Portal
    • If your Frontier phone service includes Unified Messaging, you can log into the online portal (frontier.com or um.frontier.com) and forward the message to an email address.

NOTE: Sound quality is not guaranteed with a saved/recorded message.
