Use Frontier Business Voice

Frontier Business Voice (available only in Indiana) is an advanced voice service that works on Frontier’s fiber-optic network, but uses traditional corded or cordless phones connected to your existing phone jacks. Frontier Business Voice lets you make direct-dialed domestic calls (including direct-dialed calls to the U.S. territories [American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands and U.S. Virgin Islands], and Puerto Rico), and international calls at great low rates.

Your Frontier Business Voice service lets you talk on the phone and use your computer to access the Internet at the same time. Surfing the Internet, sending files, or instant messaging on your computer will not affect your ability to make and receive calls.

Frontier Business Voice offers a number of advanced calling features that traditional voice services do not, such as locate me and simultaneous ringing on multiple phone numbers. The Frontier Business Voice Web portal also allows you to access your voicemail messages through any computer with Internet access. You can also manage your calls, voicemail, and features through your Fiber TV and MyFrontier mobile app.
