Add/Edit Payment Method

Tip: You can do this in the MyFrontier Mobile app, too.

If you're not signed in to the Enterprise Portal, click Sign In at the top of any frontier.com page and log in with your Frontier ID and password. (Don’t have a Frontier ID yet? Follow these easy instructions.)

Add Bank Account
  1. Select the My Payments tab near the top of the My Account screen, and then select Manage Payment Methods
  2. Select Add Payment Method
  3. Select Bank account (if not already selected) and fill in the form completely
  4. Select Add to confirm information and add the payment method to your account

Note: To change your saved bank account, select Delete next to the account and then create a new bank account following the instructions above.

Add Credit/Debit Card
  1. Select My Payments near the top of the screen, then select Manage Payment Methods
  2. Select Add Payment Method
  3. Select Credit/Debit card and fill in the form completely
  4. Select Add to confirm information and add the payment method to your account

Make Changes to Credit/Debit Card To update card information:
  1. Select Edit next to the card nickname
  2. Change the Nickname on the payment method (if you wish)
  3. Change Expiration Date (if necessary)
  4. Change Billing Zip code (if necessary)
  5. Select Save Change
To delete a credit/debit card:
  1. Select My Payments and select Manage Payment Methods to see a list of your saved payment methods
  2. Select the Delete checkbox
  3. Select the Delete button
