Call Forwarding Plus/Deluxe

Call Forwarding Plus/Deluxe is an enhanced version of Call Forward (All Calls). If you forgot to activate your Call Forwarding before you left home, this feature enables you to access the programming from a remote location.

To gain remote access to Call Forward:

  1. Call your local access number (provided by your local telephone company). If you do not know your local access number, chat with us for assistance.
  2. Listen for two beeps or voice instructions, then enter your 7- or 10-digit telephone number followed by your 4-digit PIN number.
  3. Listen for two beeps or voice instructions and enter the activation/deactivation feature code described in Call Forward (All Calls).

To change your Call Forward number, repeat the above process. Call Forwarding Plus cannot be used from rotary/pulse phones. Ring Count is not changeable remotely and you get one free PIN reset. Forwarding calls to long distance numbers will incur long distance charges.
